Because our products are freshly prepared, we follow a structured delivery schedule to ensure freshness and quality.

Delivery Locations

SeedSip currently delivers within selected areas of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
If your location is outside our delivery zone, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 hours of order confirmation.

Orders placed:

Before 8:00 PM will be prepared for delivery the same day.
After 8:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Schedule

Our standard delivery slots are:

Morning Delivery
6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Evening Delivery
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

From time to time, SeedSip may offer free delivery promotions for subscription or bundle orders.

Fresh Product Policy

SeedSip juices are freshly prepared and perishable.
For quality and safety reasons:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are prepared for delivery.
Customers are requested to refrigerate the product immediately after receiving it.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
For any delivery updates, our team may contact you directly.

Failed Delivery

If the delivery attempt fails due to:

incorrect address
customer unavailable
unreachable contact number

SeedSip may attempt only one delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, the order may be cancelled without refund due to the perishable nature of the product.
